The second you step foot into the home you are greeted by a cheery living room, complete with a comfy couch, with ample space for everyone to gather and watch movies on the Smart TV, or just talk and hang out! There is also a dining area in this room, perfect for family dinners or a meal with friends. And the best part is, the table is already set for you!

There are three colorful bedrooms you may choose from, but all offer the same luxurious amenities. You are provided with ultimate comfort with our comfortable mattresses. Ample storage is available for your clothing and personal prefects. Plush towels are available on each bed.

The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name and that you have a valid photo ID and a verified email address.

We have a 4:00 pm check-in policy and a firm 11:00am check out policy unless authorized by the Owner or Co-Host. If you have not authorized a late check-out there will be a fee for every 30 minutes that you have stayed pass the 11:00 am check out period. If you wish to have an early check in or late check out, please check with the Host and they can assist.

Other things to note

Flexible check-in and check-out. Early check-in or late check-out $20/hr as long as there is NO same day check-in or check-out. For either or, please communicate with the host and it must be approved by the host. Late checkout request must be sent the night before 9pm in order to respectfully communicate to our house keepers, if not there will be a $50 charge the next day if there is no scheduled check-in.

• Strictly enforced: NO SMOKING (including green smoke) in the unit or anywhere on the property.
• Be respectful of neighbors and the neighborhood, i.e no loud music or noise after 9pm.
